I saw the job position on Linked-in, applied and an HR recruiter contacted me 3 weeks after for screening my CV, a day after I was invited for an on site interview with the Hiring Manager. During interview I was asked for specific technical skills that were not described in the position details. A week later I was notified by their system that they have considered another candidate and not real feedback for negotiation or professional improvement was provided.
