Interview
The interview was conducted by four team members who were part of the project. The interview consisted of multiple technical questions as well as background and experience-related questions. Following the interview portion, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the role and/or about working at Leidos.

Give a reason why you may need to dynamically allocate memory.
It was a pretty easy process—just one round of panel interviews. I didn’t receive a final offer because they didn’t win the contract. During the interview, they seemed quite confident they would win it, but in the end, they didn’t. So, please don’t stop applying to other positions until you receive a final offer from them.

Interview
Phone screen followed by interview with multiple engineers. Questions were both technical and personal, and interviewers seemed to care more about gauging problem solving and collaboration skills than getting the answer correct immediately.
