Alright. But it felt more like an interrogation instead of looking at my knowledge and evaluating my social skills. Not overall terrible but was more aggressive necessary. Did not end up accepting the job

Interview
I was called late in the evening by a member of management. She asked me about my experience, my desired salary, and my technical knowledge. After that, she referred me to the hiring manager, who called me around 10 p.m. He and I discussed the same basic issues. He gave a very high-level view of the project. He offered the job.
Very easy and quick. All done over the phone. There was only one interview and then an offer. Talked with the recruiter for the most part and then had the official interview with the project manager.

Interview
Telephone Teams conference call with a two-member panel to ask basic questions on technical writing philosophy and basic personal background information. Questions on security clearance requirements and software usage were also discussed.
