Interview
Showed up to the location. I was put in a waiting room with 7 other candidates. First there was a 30 minute HR talk. It was very relaxed and there were refreshments. The hiring managers came in and called people back one by one. There were multiple hiring managers. Each person completed 2 interviews in 3 30 minute blocks (30 minutes, 2 interviews, sat out one interview). Each interview is very relaxed. The interviewer focused more on my resume and experience at other previous jobs. They ask about school projects/projects you do in your free time as well. No technical questions.

They asked about my experience and an easy array coding question, as well as some Object Oriented Concepts like inheritance and polymorphism. I was interviewed by 3 members of the team.

Auto Reject. it was very unfortunate despite having a resume that fit with the position very well and applying quickly once it opened. Maybe i’ll try again in the future and it’ll be better.

The interview process is standard behavior interview question with no leetcode. Going over your resume like experience & projects. I would said brush up on your resume because they are going to grill you on it.
