Interview
Interview was fairly casual and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease with the interviewer, who was my potential boss. He was dressed very casually, which helped give me a glimpse of the culture here. No "gotcha" or weird questions were asked (no why is a manhole cover round-type questions). I got an accurate description of the position and the work environment, and all of my questions were answered satisfactorily.

I interviewed with two managers, the process went very smoothly, they asked normal basic interview questions, they seemed very engaged with me as well as I was engaged with them, they advised I would hear feedback regarding the interview and I never heard anything back, I sent a follow up email to the recruiter and she never responded back. The non-communication was a turn off for me.

Questions that didn't even pertain to the job were asked and it was strange also they didn't seem to care if you had any background they just said no to hiring also they discriminated against anyone being hired that might have an personal relationship with you and that's horrible
