Introduction, business case, final stage. The case was related to a beauty industry to check the way I think, what else I can bring to the company. Also, we had a few interviews with my future managers and HR
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
After a successful screening call with a member from HR, I was very excited to be given the opportunity to interview at L'Oréal. They quickly set up a 1st stage interview with the hiring manager and a member of a team I would be working closely with. My excitement slowly depleted when I was met with very moody, and rude people who just went straight into their questions. Which I thought was very intense as a 1st stage, I was not asked why I wanted to work there, why this role - or anything about me at all. Just if I can do the job. The end was so abrupt, they couldn't wait to get off the call. I had no opportunity to ask any questions of my own. After a week, I heard nothing. I chased the HR person I was in touch with and still nothing. Completely ghosted. So very negative in general, won't be applying for a role here a again, which is a shame because it was one of the dream companies I wanted to work at.

Interview
Unfortunately, my experience with HR was not at all pleasant. They were kind of snobbish, arrogant and not friendly at all. That is such a pity for such a company.
