30 Minuten Interview mit Fragen zu mir als Person und wie ich in bestimmten Situationen reagiert habe. Das Gespräch war mit einem Trainee und sehr angenehm. Zeitrahmen des Gesprächs hätte länger sein können. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass ein Monat später die nächste Runde startet und ich in der nächsten Runde bin. Leider habe ich nach 3 Monaten und auf Nachfrage erfahren, dass doch keine Trainees eingestellt werden und ich weiß leider nicht, warum.

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
