Interview
The selection starts with three-minutes promotion of yourself. If you pass, you'll get through the next step which is the Focus Group Discussion and if you pass again, you'll be interviewed by the users. The selection process lengths are vary, depends on the availability of the users and the suitability of yourself and the position you apply for. Mine took approximately 2 weeks from the beginning to the end of the selection process.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
