Interview
Two interviews with Human Resources team, interview with the Hiring Manager, interview with the Group Manager, followed by offer discussions again with the Human Resources team. Overall very positive recruiting experience.

Summary of experience, Why this post, Why L'Oréal, How do you see yourself evolving in 5-10 years
Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
Very reasonable in their approach. I was nervous going into the interview, but after discussing it with the staff and going through the process, I felt very comfortable with everybody that I met. Really good and well run process.
