Online application, less than 5 days a phone call, 1 week after phone interview, 1 week after assessment day and interview with manager.
You have to analyse the products, company mind, follow the cosmetics news.
Put experiences forward rather than education .
Check your USB and take a backup.
Be relax and be honest.

El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
