Phone call with HR staff to discuss about vacancy and meeting with line manager to discuss about the job more closely and related experience of the applicant. Then come job offer for suitable candidate.

Interview
Doable but you need to prepare beforehand, 3 rounds of interviews.
The first one is with HR, second one with the team manager. Might be a 3rd round depending on the previous interview.
General questions are asked by hr, more in depth ones by the manager.

It was very thorough and easy to communicate with. Interviewer was really nice and interested to learn more about myself before proceeding on to the next step. It was a positive experience.
