The HR Director wasn't familiar with my Resume when I arrived, actually I was expecting to be interviewed at the beginning with another person of the HR team, who contact me when I was doing my Internship at Paris, this person was outside of Mexico and he didn't have the attention to prevent myself.
I was really upset because they didn't arrange an interview with some Director's, until I asked for... at the end even I had great feedback of my performance from the Director at Paris, where she recommend to the Filial I was an excellent human resource who could become a Brand Manager.

Why do you think that the cosmetic industry can survive even with the actual crisis?

Interview
Nice and professional team, they kept a professional tone. I didn't get the job in the end but it did get a good impression of the company. i did howeverer get the impression of a quite complicated internal structure with many people to keep track of.
In person, In the office, two stages, straight forward. However they were trying to recruit quickly which is not surprising as they have high turnover due to the culture / not great pay.

Tell us about a time you’ve managed difficult stakeholders.
First round was a one-way recorded interview. Felt pretty weird and uncomfortable to talk to a blank screen. The second round was a video interview which was much more normal from an applicant's perspective
