I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Apr 2015
Interview
Very thorough and detailed process. Analytical tasks will be presented. Furthermore, a presentation is expected after some time of preperation. An applicant should be knowledable about the brands and products of the company. It is an advantage to be proactive. HR was very nice and keen in recruiting. One should be good with numbers since it is expected to make sense of a high amount of data.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
