Interview
Interview process was laid out really clearly from the start. It was expedient and communication was effective & regular. They clearly knew the long drawn out process would lose them good candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Several questions about how I would operate in a small, fast moving company and probing for if I could actually "do the work" vs. just talk about it. Makes sense, this is a place where execution ability matters at every level - there are no manager-managers.

Interview
Started with recruiter call. Hackerank style String-topic question related to the role description was asked. It was string manipulation question with med-hard difficulty level. Did not clear the first round.

Interview
6 stage process for EAE role on EMEA team;
> screening call with recruiter
> 3 part process meeting leadership in US
> presentation to panel inc account strategy and territory mapping
> call with Head of Sales EMEA
The process is well thought-out to give candidates a real and full picture of the team & culture and gives candidates so much opportunity to ask lots of questions aligned with different departments. Can’t say the process was “difficult” or “easy”, because it’s designed to best support decision making on both sides.
The presentation does require a fair amount of preparation, but again, not challenging as this is what I already do in my current role.
