I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
On campus interview, followed by Super Day. On campus interview was basic, with several technical questions regarding valuation techniques. Super Day consisted of three one on one interviews with VPs and Directors, followed by a collaborative case study.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
