First day was an interview with the hiring manager. The second interview was a series of interviews with 7 different employees including the director. There were several skills tests and situation type tests.

Interview
two rounds of phone interviews and then an onsite that was ~5 hours. The phone interview was with the head of the project and the onsite was with the same and several other PM's and VP's, and included a 30 min presentation as well as a lab tour. The process was smooth and timely, the team engaging and passionate about their projects.

Interviews are held throughout the day.
I had 9 interviewers over the course of the day.
Its all resume based. All technical, no HR person in the line up no HR questions. All was based on the work i did and then some questions were extrapolated from it.
