Got a Call from HR for a opening on Java full stack role. Two Technical rounds, each of the rounds was about 1 and half hours where the questions from java and angular. You will get a call from HR once you clear both the rounds and then the real interview happens with salary negotiation when HR says some huge amount less than the expectation Please evaluate a candidate based on skills, not on location. Tell the budget in the initial stage itself. HR said to push for premium approval. But how much pressure it before joining for a candidate
