      Effortless Promotions: Why stress over KPIs and "performance" when career growth is safely automated based on your caste and connections?

      Cons

      One of the biggest concerns was the perception of caste-based favoritism. Opportunities, recognition, and career growth often appeared to favor certain groups, leaving many hardworking employees feeling overlooked and undervalued. Employees were frequently left wondering what they needed to do to succeed, as advancement seemed to depend more on connections than actual performance. This created frustration, lowered morale, and led many talented individuals to feel excluded and unappreciated.

      Great learning experience, but excessive pressure and long hours

      Good for learning only as a freshers

      Cons

      Good for learning but not getting paid that much and too much pressure in my team. 14 hours working time due to high expectations but mangers still putting pressure on the employee
