Open recruitment process, transparent about role and expectations. Good follow up. HR good to deal with. Two face to face interviews. It has been a good experience overall when compared to some others. Perhaps because it was a referral. The process was straightforward and flexible with time. Although they are constantly balancing between redundancy and recruitment.

Had a MS teams Interview. Questions asked were on my experience and general topics.
The interviewer described the project requirements before proceeding to interviewing . It was in a cordial atmosphere and relaxed.

Really enjoyed talking to all employees. They all were very nice and seemed eager to conduct the interview. Their question were very detailed.. Over all, it ended up being a good experience.
