Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me the next day to schedule a phone screening. Phone screening went well and I was asked to go over my experience as it pertained to the role.
I was moved on to the first round with 2 PM's and then a final round with the Director.
The interview process went smoothly and I received clear communication from the recruiter on the next steps.
The only downside was that it took me 2 weeks to find that the team went forward with another candidate, and I didn't hear this info from the recruiter that was handling interview scheduling.
