It was a good process. Telephone screening then interview with Director. Very conversational. Asked about my CV and interest in HR. Also asked about my motivations and interests. After got an offer and they were flexible

Got a call from the recruiter. The questions asked were mostly relevant. Although some requirements they expected me to have were not listed in the job description. Some questions were irrelevant to the job position and I wondered why they were asked in the first place.
