I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The process was very very long. You wait at least one or two weeks between each step.
Also, there were a lack of communication between the teams, which leads to few confusions when they talk to you.
The face to face interview last one hour and your are in front of three managers.
At the end of the process, I receive an impersonal email saying that I was not selected, with no feedback. But on the other side, they ask you some feedback to improve their interview process. As the Golden Rule says: "One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself".
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. The process from start to finish took approximately two months. All in all, it wasn’t bad at all. They want to make sure you are a good fit for the team.
Interview was straight forward and good. Had three rounds and an assessment at the end. Everyone I met with was nice and open about their experience. Not bad process at all.
A total of 4 rounds of interview with the last round being HR, 1 phone call, 2 face to face with D and SD and 1 teams. Some technical questions and some issues on team management.
