The interview process included a 1.5-hour on-site task, which required a significant time commitment. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. There was no clear structure to the process, and it was unclear who was responsible for coordinating the interview or guiding candidates through the different steps.
Communication throughout the interview was limited. Expectations were not clearly explained, and there was little interaction or feedback during the task. After completing the assignment, I was asked to wait for a considerable amount of time without any updates or explanation, which was frustrating and left me unsure about the next steps.
A more organized process, clearer communication, and better respect for candidates’ time would greatly improve the experience. While technical evaluations are understandable, professionalism and transparency are equally important in an interview setting.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JVAI (Dhaka) in Jun 2025
Interview
First of all I was given an online assessment test, which I've completed to the best of my ability. Then I was called for an on-site interview, I reached there on time. Upon arriving at their office, there were many candidates as me. Then I had to wait for over 4-4.5 hours before I was called for the actual interview.
Then after going through my resume, they offered me 15k as a trainee position instead of the Junior Backend Developer. The work days were bad, I told to give me some time to think about it.
Then got rejected I guess.
