First of all I was given an online assessment test, which I've completed to the best of my ability. Then I was called for an on-site interview, I reached there on time. Upon arriving at their office, there were many candidates as me. Then I had to wait for over 4-4.5 hours before I was called for the actual interview. Then after going through my resume, they offered me 15k as a trainee position instead of the Junior Backend Developer. The work days were bad, I told to give me some time to think about it. Then got rejected I guess.

After completing the online assessment, I've arrived on the interview day at the specified time, then I had to wait for almost 5 hours to get an interview with them, then interview itself went good. But they were hurrying but the interview they offered my a Trainee position although I was going for a Junior Position. Then I rejected that offer.
