Very simple with basic questions about background and why you are interested in the opportunity and J Crew in particular. Asked about availability and explained the role and responsibilities in detail. Left plenty of time for questions. Reviewed the training process.

What is your background and why are you interested in this role?
The interview process was simple and easy. All in all it probably took around 20 minutes to know I had the job. This is one of the smoothest interview processes I have ever had.
Behavioral questions mainly, questions about time management, and questions about reacting to certain customer service scenarios. Big on being a team player and putting the needs of customers high. Overall, easy interview process.
