Store director seems unbothered and completely detached from the job. Communication is unclear, hours are sparse, and favoritism is rampant. HR and upper management are not on your side

Less hours than was told I’d get, was never properly trained, never got my free outfit, am constantly picked on by manager, push credit cards too much, confusing/out of date POS system, basically make you be a best friend to every customer to ensure you get the best sale possible
