Interstate Optical interview questions

I never worked in a lab before, only customer service. So needless to say I was over dressed for the interview. During the interview I was never given any eye contact from the manager giving the interview, that should of been my first clue! Then During the I interview for about 2-5 minutes she excused herself to dig in her purse to look for her chapstick. It was definitely a weird experience to say the least.
