1. Hired through a temp agency. To get started you first upload your resume onto the temp agency and then they will call you for a phone interview and they do a background check.
2. Next was the actual interview where they asked you questions and told you about opportunities that were available.
3. Drug-screening was the final part and afterwards you were given a start date.
