Phone screen, personality test, department interviews, code/skills test, last interviews. I didn't make it beyond the code test. I followed instructions and adhered to industry best practices, but it was only communicated to me afterward that the test assessor wanted to see much more showcasing of specific technology. They ghosted me after that. It was helpful to receive the assessment feedback and i found the interviewing group to be otherwise professional, but these test instructions should be fundamentally reexamined.
