Interactive Brokers interview questions

First, it comes with a short interview with HR. Written test followed by an interview. Simple maths and logic questions for the written test. Not many technical questions during the interview. Followed by a final interview with the head of area.

Quick and straightforward interview process overall. The team was well-organized and moved quickly through each stage, which made the experience efficient and stress-free. Communication was timely and consistent—they kept me updated throughout and always responded promptly to any questions. I appreciated that they were transparent about expectations, timelines, and the role itself. There was no guesswork or uncertainty at any point, and I never felt ignored or “ghosted.” Overall, a very professional and honest interview experience.
