Inter-American Development Bank Operations Analyst interview questions

The process was easy took about a month after the position close date to contact me. I did not get a call so I contacted them a week after the two weeks they told me it would take to get back to me. I got a generic letter(no name of sender, no signature, no date) via email stating I did not get the position. What was weird was that they requested all sorts of qualifications for the position but hired someone from within with less.

It has been a very long process. 1- CV analysis 2- Engilsh or Spanish test and an essay in Portuguese 3- Word and Excel proficiency test 4- Behaviour test - Group dynamics 5- Individual psychological evaluation 6- Case Study presentation - powerpoint and report 7- Interview panel 8- Feedback
