Pros

You get to work with some of the smartest and most talented people of Latin America and the Caribbean. Is amazing to admire your colleagues. Despite being such a big and bureaucratic organization, it still innovates frequently and is very open to technology. The best is that the latin American culture is very nice, bright and warm. The HQ has good benefits, like amazing food, gym, sauna, medical center, laundry service.

Cons

High inequality among different types of contracts. Workload and pressure can be very high. Few opportunities to grow
