This company's interview process was quite lengthy, requiring a total of eight interviews. While the team was friendly and approachable, the number of interviews felt excessive. A key part of the process involved a case study requiring candidates to develop a strategy for their next product. While I appreciate that they operate with a lean team, asking candidates to perform unpaid work raises concerns about their ethical practices. It feels exploitative to leverage candidate effort for free consulting, which reflects poorly on the company's integrity and a posible reflection on how they treat their employees.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intellihealth in Apr 2024
Interview
Two rounds of interviews starting with a technical round with the hiring manager, then behavioral interview with product. I was told there would be one or two additional rounds, but they ghosted me so I don't know how the rest would go.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intellihealth in Dec 2023
Interview
It started out with the recruiter reaching out via LinkedIn. I then met the hiring manager (Director of Product), VP of Product, a panel interview with Engineering lead and Program Manager and a final interview with the CEO.
