IQPC Conference Product - Defence interview questions

What interests you in this job, what are we interested in in terms of proficiencies, what proficiencies do you have, what are your weaknesses, and what are the main things we look for? The interview questions stood out less than how well IQPC manage their recruiting processes. Their in-house recruiters are very quick in responding to applications and offering timelines that are kept to. They also offer VERY useful and actionable feedback as standard after interviews, and have the decency to call candidates to inform them of their outcome rather than just sending a standard but sterile email. Although I was not successful, I had a very positive experience with IQPC, and it was the best out of all other companies I applied to work for which did not take me on. In fact, their feedback was key in securing a recent job offer with a different company.
