I interviewed with numerous management team members since they are constantly hiring. I was given a take-home assignment to research a topic and present a rough idea of how to run an event. Many of those assignments are then turned into real events down the road.

It was a fun interview process. They’re very true to what they’re looking for and tell you as it is. They really want to make sure you can handle the pressure.

Easy, quick, complex. Applied as a starting job and they were impressed. Had to answer generally about the industry given I hadn’t had a conference production job before. 3 stages I think. I stopped before second stage.

I applied on LinkedIn through a recruiter agency. I had my screening with a recruiter who clearly didn't want to be on that interview. They asked me very minimum questions and told to go an search the company and come back to them. I did and they never responded back.
