Unnecessary long - four interviews over 5 months, three of them virtual, one in person. I had to call and tell them I was on the verge of accepting another offer before I finally received one. From there, the negotiation and acceptance process was fairly quick, but it was weeks and weeks of being ignored.
Several interviews with different players. First teams meeting followed by in person. Felt like just a number during the process where it was very much about your resume and the stats on it. Less about you as a person or how you would fit with a team.
