Several interviews with different players. First teams meeting followed by in person. Felt like just a number during the process where it was very much about your resume and the stats on it. Less about you as a person or how you would fit with a team.

Question 1
Imagine that the project you are supervising is starting to fall behind schedule or exceed the project’s budget. What actions would you take?
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IMC Construction (Malvern, PA) in Mar 2009
Interview
was introduced to the company through another current employee at IMC. Interviewed for a Project Manager position. I had opportunity of meeting with the VP of Operations with whom i talked with at lenght regarding the position and role I would be in if joined on at IMC. We discussed current direction of the company and the type of project IMC was getting invovled with. Overall a good interview, felt comfortable speaking with the VP and like the energy and atmosphere within the organization. IMC seemed to be client oriented and not just a bottom line contractor. They had their focus on being inovative with staying current within the construction industry.
