IHOP Server Waitress interview questions

The interview process was very relaxed and i had a 2-part interview process. I spoke with the store manager and the district manager. They were very nice and open minded about me not having experience and they were very detailed about the position.

The interview was unprofessional. I arrived 20 mins early for my interview, only to wait for an hour to be interviewed. Once the manager arrived, I was interviewed for not even 5 minutes. It went by so quickly. Questions were so rushed, and I felt like I was on a time frame.
