IHOP Host interview questions

Easy and end fast, no more than 30 minutes. Good management and nice service. They show me the restaurant and different departments and spots. The task the I may have to do on my rol, how to use the radios etc

I was waiting at a table, till the assistant manager came ask what position I was looking into. He gave me the papers to fill out and then asked me to come to the next part of the interview an other day. I come back and the manager asked when I can start working. I answered as soon as possible. He asked what do I want to do in my future and how long I plan to work there. I think I got hired because I could work as soon as possible, spoke Spanish, and would be working full-time.
