I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IHOP (Littleton, CO) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very smooth and easy process. Overall would recommend as a starting job and then find something better. Would deal with lots of customers in the morning so it can be fast-paced. Besides that it would be very calm and easy to get through with.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IHOP (Tucson, AZ) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process entailed of the Manager giving me a rundown of what to expect working there and ensuring if I was okay with all the listed duties, I wasn't asked many questions.
The interview process was straight forward. I went in, asked for an application, filled it out, spoke to the manager, and I got the job within a few days. One of the questions I asked was if they did direct deposit, and they don't, they give paper checks instead.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IHOP (Alexandria, VA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I was waiting at a table, till the assistant manager came ask what position I was looking into. He gave me the papers to fill out and then asked me to come to the next part of the interview an other day. I come back and the manager asked when I can start working. I answered as soon as possible. He asked what do I want to do in my future and how long I plan to work there. I think I got hired because I could work as soon as possible, spoke Spanish, and would be working full-time.
