La entrevista constó de una parte de prueba de inglés y habilidades técnicas y luego una entrevista con el departamento al cual seria asignado en función de mi perfil. Tanto las personas de Recursos Humanos como los miembros del departamento fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron durante todo el proceso, incluso aportando feedback a como habia transcurrido las entrevistas.

Me preguntaron lo habitual sobre fortalezas, puntos debiles, experiencia y sobre todo si conocía las soluciones presentadas por IBM.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
