I applied online, went through two interviews, and got the offer. The interview was with a director and was a mix of behavioural and technical. He asked me questions about my projects and experience on my CV.

Antes de la entrevista hay un filtro / Retos para medir el nivel del habilidades y si pasas te dan una de 3 entrevistas, en este caso fue la primera para conocerme y preguntar de mis experiencias (Una de las muchas fue como trabajo en equipo. situaciones con jefes anteriores etc) y 5 minutos para medir el ingles. en la segunda fase fue la técnica donde depende el puesto es en linea y me toco estar con la persona preguntándome de como solucionar problemas o como lo afrontaría yo y que herramientas usaría en un tiempo predeterminado. en la tercera era junto al manager para evaluar mi desempeño en pruebas pero sin la de talentos era solo con el Manager. Y en todas abre espacios de preguntas que tengas referente al puesto.. si son muy especificas me dijo que me esperara a estar en la tercera fase con el manager que el tenia la información.
I didn't get asked any technical questions. Interview got over pretty early. Only Behavioral questions were asked. It was very easy and only lasted fifteen minutes . I had written an online test before and I think I got shortlisted from that. The person who interviewed was polite and friendly.
basic audio recording questions with general questions about experiences and problem resolution. They prefer STAR responses and have about 3 min to answer, 1 min to prepare. Not much too it, it was asked in spanish but you can answer in english or spanish, whatever you like
