Overall interview process was challenging. Interviewer had in depth knowledge of the technology. You may get to learn many new technical things during interview. Expectation is you should honestly explain what you have worked on earlier and how you are the best fit for the roll. I liked the process.

The interview was a Google meeting, and there were behavioral and technical questions. It was not bad but make sure you brush up on the technical stuff and know why you want to work at IBM
