Had a gamified test, followed by group discussion & then the interview Interview was very chill & the interviewer calm & composed. Went through my workex, & then foĺlowed up with domain questions.

Mostly on workex & what wll be the change in perspective in your current work after 6 months of working as consultant.
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
