Interview was conducted via WebEx. Questions were simple and mostly inclined towards basic s of JCl,COBOL,DB2. If you have a fir understanding of basic mainframe concepts, you will clear this round.

Interview
There is one online test initially which is not that tough and can be cleared very easily.
After passing online test you need to clear technical round which will be around 45 mins - 1 hours long. Need complete cobol db2 knowledge.
And final will be manager round once technical round is cleared and this will be some basic career and functional check.
