overall, it was good. Round 1: Group Discussion
Tips: It was to check your communication skills.
Duration: 2 hours
Round 2: Versant
Experience: Some topics like "tell me about yourself" or some random questioning like "what are your thoughts on punctuality"
Tips: Again, focus was on communication
Round 3: Technical + HR Interview
Tips: Basics that a computer science engineer would learn in engineering

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
