Interview
A couple days after submitting an application through the IBM Careers portal, I was invited to a timed Data Science HackerRank test. The test was 3hrs long and only after opening the test link did I realize they request you to complete the test within 2 days of receiving the invite. The test consisted of 1 open-ended data science question with a Jupyter Notebook interface on HackerRank.

Question 1
1 open-ended machine learning question that provides a dataset and asks to conduct exploratory analysis, generate visualizations, predict a target variable, and visualize feature importance.
Online SQL/python test, in person one on one interviews with HR, Location Manager, and Data Manager. Very little technical asks, mostly experience and behavioral. Online test wasn’t hard for SQL if you know it
3 portions. First was a HackerRank link (1 Python and 1 SQL questions), Then I had 2 meetings. First meeting was to explore the role, and the second meeting was to go through the resume.

I applied and received a coding assessment with two questions(one SQL and one Python). Although I passed all the test cases, I was still rejected. I don't know why the application was rejected after some days of taking the assessment.
