Interview
A screening interview with HR around 30 mins to understand your motivation. Then cognitive ability games test, if you pass the test, you will get an invitation to the technical interview round. Technical interview round, just walk through your CV, not deep into technical. After finished the interview within a day, I got a reject message due to some gap in solution architect skill.

Interview
3 tech round, 1 managerial round which was the deciding round wheather to give the offer or not. HR was in hurry to complete the interview process they have taken the tech interview even knowing that I have to serve notice period in my company. After clearing the tech round, in managerial round the manager was citing the notice period as big issue. I felt either HR or HR manager both had lot of time to waste . Please don't waste others time

Interview
3 - 4 interviews. You will have at least one HR screening interview and then 2 -3 Technical interviews. Emphasis will be on creativity, solution's and what you have done.
