Coordination , process was very good, asked very basic questions. IT was for GTS so their main focus was on communication skills. written test was very easy to clear focus on basic aptitude.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
