Step one: Applied Online.
Step Two : Got a call to set up and Interview
Step Three: Drove to in person interview and had to go through security.
Step Four: Interview.
Step Five : They gave me a call back.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Mumbai)

The first round was HR Round with the Recruiter Second round was Tech Round Third round was PM Round Fourth round was with HR again Fifth discussion was Offer or Feedback at the last stage or any of the above stage
